I’m a product leader and coach with more than 17 years of experience scaling teams and products across SaaS, media, and global tech. Today, as Chief Product Officer at Ringier Media Switzerland, I guide the product, design, and research teams building the digital experiences behind the country’s leading news brands, while driving AI innovation that actually serves readers.

Before this, I helped transform Doodle from an ad-driven platform into a sustainable B2C/B2B SaaS business. Across all roles, my work has focused on creating clarity—clear narratives, clear decisions, and clear customer value.

Alongside my CPO role, I coach product leaders and executives worldwide. Many operate in high-pressure, low-alignment environments. I help them build their own “Red Thread”: a strategic storyline that aligns teams, strengthens leadership presence, and cuts through organizational noise. As an ISF-certified coach, I am especially passionate about enabling neurodiverse leaders to thrive and lead with confidence.
